Our Train the Trainer course is ideal for those who wish to train others in organisations. The course is delivered over 2 days, and provides participants with a sound introduction to the concepts of a systematic approach to training. Our Train the Trainer Course is delivered over just 2 days, and is based on the training cycle covering:

Using icebreakers in training sessions
Setting ground rules
The training cycle
Understanding learners needs
The learning environment
Learning styles and theory (VAK)
Developing a session plan
Designing training resources
Setting aims & objectives
Gaining and maintaining attention during training

Multiple choice test
Delivery of microteach session (delegates will deliver a 15 minute session)
Dealing with difficult delegates

Q. What are the educational pre-requisite for this Train the Trainer course?
A. There is no formal educational standard specified for train the trainer course entry.
Q. Is it necessary that I should have had some prior teaching or instructional experience before this Train the Trainer course?
A. It is not a pre-requisite for this trainer trainer course that you have had prior teaching experience, although this might well be useful to you.
Q. Should I be worried about being in a large class with lots of strangers, as I have no real experience of presenting/training anything in these circumstances?
A. No you should not be worried. We keep our train the trainer course group size small, and we know the techniques to be used to help you become confident quickly in these circumstances.
Q. Is there a minimum or maximum age limit for candidates for this course?
A. There is no upper age limit, but prospective candidates should have completed compulsory education and have achieved proficiency and competence in the disciplines that they wish to teach or instruct.

A. No, although most of our training is held in South Wales we do hold training courses throughout South Wales including Swansea and Bridgend, Port Talbot, Newport, Llaneli, Pontypridd, Barry, Carmarthen and Haverfordwest.

A. Our trainer training course is based in South Wales which is easily reached from the west, using the M4 if you come from Bristol, Swindon, Bath, Reading or London and from the M5 if you are attending via Cheltenham, Worcester, Gloucester. For full travel please visit further info.

A. Delegates come to us with a great variety and knowledge on a range of different topics. The course is applicable to to a whole variety of sectors and industries, which makes this train the trainer course very diverse.
