Our Train the Trainer course is ideal for those who wish to train others in organisations. The course is delivered over 2 days, and provides participants with a sound introduction to the
concepts of a systematic approach to training. No matter what kind of training you do, whether it be sales, shop floor skills, IT or financial planning - this train the trainer course will
enable you to prepare and handle whatever happens in the training room with panache, flair and professionalism.
On completion, you will be equipped to deliver and evaluate effective training, no matter what content you are delivering. The overall purpose of this trainer the trainer course is to provide
an introduction for those who wish to train others. It is useful for those in business, commerce, and industry as well as the sport and leisure industry. Indeed anyone who has to help develop

We have scheduled course dates throughout 2017 in Cardiff. The course takes place over two days at the Enterprise House building at 127 Bute Street. We are opposite Cardiff Bay train station
and a short walk from the Millennium Centre and Welsh Assembly Government building. There are a great variety of hotels nearby which are within one mile of our training centre. Courses start at
09:30 on both days and finish at 16:30, however the second day normally finishes earlier at around 16:00.

Q. Should I be worried about being in a large class with lots of strangers, as I have no real experience of presenting/training anything in these circumstances?
A. No you should not be worried! We keep our train the trainer course group size small, and we know the techniques to be used to help you become confident quickly in these circumstances.
Q. Is there a minimum or maximum age limit for candidates for this course?
A. There is no upper age limit, but prospective candidates should have completed compulsory education and have achieved proficiency and competence in the disciplines that they wish to teach
Q. Is this Train the Trainer course only held in Cardiff?
A. No, although most of our training is held in Cardiff we do hold training courses throughout South Wales including Swansea, Bridgend, Port Talbot, Newport and Llaneli.

A. Our trainer training course is based in Cardiff which is easily reached from the west, using the M4 if you come from Bristol, Swindon, Bath, Reading or London and from the M5 if you are
