Q. Should I be worried about being in a large class with lots of strangers, as I have no real experience of presenting/training anything in these circumstances?
A. No you should not be worried! We keep our train the trainer course group size small, and we know the techniques to be used to help you become confident quickly in these circumstances.
Q. What training do delegates deliver?
A. Delegates come to us with a great variety and knowledge on a range of different topics. The course is applicable to to a whole variety of sectors and industries, which makes this train the trainer course very diverse. Training and session plans developed and delivered by delegates this year include the following; challenging behaviours, confined space entry, online for OAP's, roadworthiness inspections, time management, online marketing, air security, manual handling, stress management and hip dislocation.
Q. When do the courses start and end?
A. Delegates need to arrive at 8:45am depending on the course - you will be advised of the exact time in your joining instructions. Courses start at 9:00am but this is dependent on the course you are on. There is a 45 minute lunch break scheduled between 12:00pm and 12:45pm. Refreshments are served throughout the day. Courses finish by 4:00pm.
Q. What is the dress code?
A. There is no dress code for our courses. The courses are meant to be enjoyable and relaxing as well as giving you the best training. Most people who attend our courses feel most comfortable in casual clothing.
Our training approach focuses on small groups led by friendly trainers, ensuring a non-judgemental and comfortable environment where everyone feels supported.
