Payment
The course fee must be paid in full prior to the course date, either at the time of booking or on receipt of invoice. React 2 Training Ltd reserves the right to re-allocate the course place to another delegate if fees are not paid on time. Failure to receive the course fees in adherence with these terms means that React 2 Training Ltd reserves the right to request payment on the day of the course. Invoices must be paid within 30 days of receipt.
Late Payment
In the event of late payment, React 2 Training Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on all outstanding amounts at the rate of 8% per calendar month or part thereof from the last date that payment was due to the date that payment is made.
Prices
The prices quoted on this site are correct at the date of publication and for 60 days thereafter. React 2 Training Ltd reserves the right to adjust these prices.
Changing Delegate Details
There will be no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace the original delegate. Please inform our office of any change to the original booking.
Complaints
All complaints, requests for refund and claims must be received in writing either our postal address or emailing info@react2training.co.uk within 20 working days of the course date.
Cancellation of Courses by React 2 Training Ltd
React 2 Training Ltd reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. React 2 Training Ltd will not compensate for travelling expenses or booked accommodation.
Cancelling a Course
If you need to cancel your booking please call +44 (0)1656 737349. Cancellation charges are:
More than 28 days before a course = 25% of the course fee.
15 - 28 days before a course = 50% of the course fee.
1 - 14 days before a course = 100% of the course fee.
Course Notes and Training
The notes and training for React 2 Training Ltd courses cannot be relied upon for legal interpretation. Neither React 2 Training Ltd nor its employees, trainers or consultants can accept responsibility for delegates' actions, or those of other people reading the course notes or interpreting the training in litigation, or responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of relying on the training or the training notes.
Copyright
The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all course materials (unless provided directly by the UK Awarding Body) shall remain the sole and exclusive property of React 2 Training Ltd. The course delegate acknowledges this ownership of the intellectual property rights and agrees not to copy or permit copying of the course materials in part or their entirety, nor to disclose or permit disclosure or sell or hire to a third party for sale or hire nor to use the same for running independent courses. Any reference to our material must acknowledge the author and the source of the material.
Warranty and Liability
The Client accepts that it is their responsibility to read the course information and ascertain if the course is suitable for them or their delegates to attend. If a pre-course assessment form is provided, this should be completed and returned before the course commences. It will be used as a diagnostic tool to assist in ensuring that delegates have the appropriate background to enjoy and succeed on the course. React 2 Training Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for delegates who are unable to benefit from the course if they have failed to heed the advice regarding pre-requisites, particularly regarding the ability to read and write in the English language. React 2 Training Ltd will not accept or be liable for any damages or claims beyond that of the course already paid and under no circumstances will the Company accept any liability for consequential loss, loss of data or economic loss.
