'no' to those difficult questions.
Case Studies: Apply the assertive communication techniques to everyday scenarios, these role-play scenarios will allow delegates to practice the
assertive communication they have learned.
Controlling Emotions: How to react when confronted with a problem, controlling your emotions is a vital part of assertiveness. Being calm and measured
is the key to an assertive attitude.
Action Plan: Move forward by developing your own assertive action plan. On completion of the course delegates will be able to implement an action plan
in the workplace.
