Interviewer Skills - Course Overview
Hiring the right candidate is a fundamental part of any business. Identifying the correct skills-set and personality type can be a very tricky and costly task. Our course is aimed at those who have little or no experience of conducting interviews and want a greater understanding of what it entails. By the end of this course delegates will be able to conduct a professional interview.
Delegates will learn how to develop a range of applicable aptitude tests to narrow down job applicants. Delegates will also learn about traditional and behavioural questioning styles and the advantages/disadvantages of them, this will enable delegates to start coming up with their own questions. A core component of this Interviewer Skills course is judging whether the interviewee has given a good answer and how to grade that answer. The goal of this half-day course is help delegates create a process that is easy to implement and follow, a structured approach is time effective and thorough.
