During this one-day course we will teach you how to implement continuous improvement and lean culture using the Toyota Production System. Elements of the course content are trained using innovative role play where the delegates are required to act out the assembly operations of a 'fictitious' manufacturing company. This course is based on his practical field tested knowledge of lean culture and leadership.
