Sensitivity Training for Managers - Overview
This course equips attendees with an awareness of what sensitivity is and how to apply person-centred values that respect the individuals that they support. The course covers a range of practices that stress the importance of putting the individual at the centre of the care that they receive and the legislation and acts related to human rights and equality. An understanding of best practice and the barriers to good practice are also covered to help delegates with how they can improve sensitivity and respect issues in their everyday duties.
